Sorry for the lack of updates all summer long folks... I've had a lot on my plate with summer homework, my graduation project, and what not.
I made this character based on some of my own personality traits and characteristics (the odd hat, the goggles, the weird hair, being psycho, etc). But only my friends can call me psycho *wink*.
Total working time: 30 min.
